Every MemoVolt order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of original purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund: contact MemoVolt customer support at support@getmemovolt.com within 60 days of your purchase date. Include your order ID (from your ClickBank confirmation email) and the email address used for the purchase. The support team will confirm the return address and process the refund once the product is received.
The guarantee covers all MemoVolt packages — 2-bottle, 3-bottle and 6-bottle. It applies from the date of original purchase, not the delivery date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method through ClickBank.
The guarantee does not cover purchases made through third-party retailers, Amazon, eBay or any marketplace other than the official MemoVolt website. Only purchases made through the official checkout are eligible.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Card refund timelines vary by issuing bank.
